WAR
Updated: Jan 25, 2021
Believing and doubting is excruciating. Believing in God but doubting yourself is a war. A war meant to keep you ineffective and stagnant. A war meant to cancel the amazing future that has been planned for you. A war designed to keep you discouraged and keep you from encouraging. A war designed to keep you from being authentic, connecting and living your best life. A war to defeat Gods plan for your life. This war cannot separate you from the love of God. This war cannot steal your salvation. But what this war can do is fill you with regret, bitterness and sadness. And it is unnecessary. You truly are everything God says you are. You are capable, reasonable, delightful, loving, kind and a fierce force to be reckoned with in your own right. Add to that the power that fills you from the Holy Spirit and you become a light to the world that needs to, has to and is compelled to shine. Your circumstances at the moment may be at war with that light. It is strategic and designed to keep you stuck in confusion and turmoil. Stop. Breathe. Calm down. Focus. Believe. Look and move forward. You are not what’s happening to you. You are meant for more. Take it for what it is. Just an obstacle placed before you because your light is so bright it strikes fear in the heart of darkness. You are not weak. You are powerful beyond measure. Walk in your power.
Embrace your light and let it shine. You will become more powerful and committed as you do so. You will empower those around you, those that follow you, those that look to you. You will be a force of light that encourages and supports more light. Your contribution is invaluable. You don’t have to wonder anymore. You don’t have to wander anymore. It is true. God is going to use you.
Make no mistake there is a war going on. A war on and for you and your future. It’s a war you can’t win alone. That’s why you need to stand back and get behind the One that can. And even though you know who is fighting your battle it’s important for others to see you win. Why? Because it gives them hope. And so many don’t have hope anymore. They don’t believe in themselves, anyone and certainly not God. They have been beaten down, abandoned, misused, abused and forgotten. All in an effort to steal their hope in their future and their lives. So you see God has a way of making this journey about you while at the same time showing you it’s not about you. He’s got you. Usher someone else into His presence and His loving arms. Do all that you can do. Be all that you can be, for you, for Him and all those that need Him.
God Bless,
Ms. Wanda, G.A.C.
