Belief + Surrender = Unlimited Possibilities
Updated: Jan 25, 2021
You were created for more than just getting by, surviving and enduring. Open your mind to being used by God to change the world. Just saying it sounds weird doesn’t it? But the world is now at the end of our finger tips and you, yes you were created with greatness in mind. If you are feeling stuck, frustrated even angry it could be that you are resisting the change that God wants to make in your life. He may be asking more of you than you think you can or are willing to give. Breathe. Step out of your feelings, listen and let go. There is joy on the other side of your surrender. We don’t have to settle. Reach for the stars while being grounded in Christ. Change starts in our hearts, the heart then opens our mind to the possibilities, convinces us to act and in turn will touch and open the hearts of others. And the cycle continues. But beware….being hard hearted and having a closed mind also convinces the mind to react and helps to keep the hearts of others closed and our worlds small and the cycle continues. Unfortunately this state of being is what comes naturally for most of us. Take a great big step out of your comfort zone in the direction God is nudging you and watch your world lighten up and loosen up. Watch how the change in you will encourage, enlighten and excite those around you. You were created to change the world!
John 14:12-14 New International Version (NIV)
12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.
God Bless you on your journey. And when the road gets tough remember you were made for this. You have everything you need to do whatever you are called to do. Go for it! Unabashedly, unashamed and on fire!
Philippians 3:12-14 (NIV)
12 Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. 13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
